	NINEA This new ‘azienda’ is on a farm of approx. 20,000 sq mt looking out over the whole of Capo Vaticano and the sea. This successful mix of agriturismo and private residence is the brainchild of the owner, Laura. The azienda has more than 10 semi-detached ‘self-catering’ houses, a large olive grove, citrus trees and a kitchen garden. As you walk around the estate you’ll enjoy the Mediterranean colours and scents of this wonderfully peaceful place that is blessed with breathtaking views. It’s also within easy distance of interesting places, small villages and the beach. The houses have two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with an open kitchen and a large covered terrace.
